对环锭细纱机加压机构的讨论

摘    要:对环锭细纱机的三种摇架加压形式进行了分析讨论,指出板簧加压摇架及气动加压摇架都比目前使用最广、时间最长的螺旋圈簧的加压形式好,具有加压稳定、锭差小、纺纱质量优的特点,但板簧加压形式又比气动加压形式机构简单、易于管理及维护;因此,板簧加压技术将会在今后快速发展。

Abstract:Analysis is done to the three forms of the weighting on the cradles.Conclusion is made that both the cup spring weight cradle and the phneumatic weight cradle are superior over the helix ring-spring weight cradle,which is in service for the moment.They are constant in weighting,small in spindle difference,excellent in spinning quality.However,the cup spring weight cradle is simple in structure,easy access and maintenance compared with the phneumatic weight cradle.So the the cup spring weight cradle will be the future developement stream and develops rapidly.
