摘    要:用红外吸收法测定难熔铁合金中的碳硫时,需消除仪器环境、助熔剂的种类和添加量、试样称取量、比较水平设立等方面的影响,较好地解决常出现的拖尾现象,并提高分析速度和分析结果的精密度与准确度。

Abstract:When determining the Carbon and Sulfur content in ferroalloy with high frequency Carbon/ Sulfur determinator,the delay phenomenon which frequently appears would be eliminated , the analyzing speed can be increased , analyzing accuracy can improved and the correctness of analyzing result can be maintained by paying attention to various aspects such as the instrument location, flux type and quantity to be added, sampiing volume, comparison level setup.
