循环流化床锅炉变工况下物料浓度的试验研究

摘    要:针对75t/h循环流化床锅炉,依据于大量变工况试验,给出了炉膛上部固体物料浓度的分布曲线,并在此基础上,分析了不同负荷下各流动区域出口固体物料浓度和平均固体物料浓度随运行主导因素(运行风速)的变化规律,仿真研究结果和实际工况做到了较为精确的吻合,为循环流化床锅炉的动态特性和控制策略的研究奠定基础并提供有力的技术支持。图4参9

Abstract:Based on a large amount of tests performed under different operational conditions, the density distribution profile of the matters in suspension in the upper part of the furnace is presented for a 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler. Herewith the functional relationship between the local solid suspension density at the exit of each flow zone and the dominant operational parameter (the air velocity), as well as that of the average solid suspension density are analyzed. The simulation results which agree quite well with actual conditions, may serve as a powerful technical tool for researching dynamic characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boilers and for considering strategies of control.
