风力发电特性及对广东电网中长期发展的影响

摘    要:针对广东省风能资源分布特点及风力发电的出力特性,深入比较了采用不同类型风电机组的风电场等效机组特性与传统电源的区别,研究了规模风电并网对广东电网中、长期发展的影响,并提出了相应的解决措施建议。分析结果表明,规模风电的发展最终要求系统具备一定的调节手段,广东电网应在风电消纳能力、风电并网标准、调峰电源建设、风力资源预测与调度运行系统等方面着重开展工作,以促进风电与电网的协调发展。

Abstract:According to the distribution features of wind energy resources in Guangdong,China and the output characteristics of wind power,a comparative research on the equivalent unit characteristics of wind farms with various wind turbines is conducted in detail.The impacts of large scale wind power integration on the mid and long-term development of Guangdong power system are analyzed,and some solutions are suggested.The analytical result shows that some regulation measures must be provided by the power system to ensure the integration of large scale wind power.In order to premote the coordinated development of wind power and power system,some further work should be carried out on the wind power consumption capability,intergration standard,peak regulation power construction,wind power resource prediction and dispatching operation system etc.
