摘    要:为提高十五碳二元酸(DC15)产量,利用均匀设计法考察DC15发酵培养基组分尿素、乙酸钠、磷酸二氢钾对DC15发酵的影响,并利用MATLAB 7.1的逐步回归函数(stepwise)、多元线性回归函(regress)、二次规划优化函数(quadprog)等分析数据,得到最佳组合(W/V):尿素0.05%,乙酸钠0.37%,磷酸二氢钾0.91%.实验结果表明,采用优化后的培养基,DC15产量达到29.54 g/L,比初始培养基条件下22.04 g/.L提高了34%.

Abstract:To improve the yield of pentadecane-dioic acid(DC_(15)),the uniform design and MATLAB 7.1 were employed to study the influences of urea,monobasic potassium phosphate and sodium acetate in the fermentation of DC_(15).Using applications of stepwise,re- gress and quadprog in analysis the data,obtained the optimum medium:urea 0.05%,monobasic potassium phosphate 0.91%,sodi- um acetate 0.37%.The yield of DC_(15)has improved 34% under the optimum medium.
