摘    要:进行了蔗渣硫酸盐浆漆酶 /介体 (LMS)生物漂白的研究 ,分析了漆酶用量、NHA用量、氧压、pH值、处理温度和时间对漂白效果的影响 ,优化了蔗渣硫酸盐浆LMS漂白工艺

Abstract:In this paper,preliminary study on the laccase/mediator system(LMS) biobleaching of bagasse kraft pulp was carried out.Laccase was produced using a selected strain of Panus conchatus.Activity of laccase was measured with ABTS as substrate.A mediator —N-hydroxyacetanilide(NHA) was synthesized by reaction of hydroxybenzenamine with acetyl chloride.Laccase in the presence of NHA and oxygen was used for the bleaching of bagasse kraft pulp.It was found that the optimum conditions for the treatment of laccase/mediator system were:pH 5.0,temperature 50℃,reaction time 2 h,the charge of laccase 2.5U/g pulp,NHA 0.01g/g pulp and oxygen pressure 0.3 MPa respectively.
