| Abstract: | Four comparative tests were performed by using imported high flow tubes, double faced and three layer explosive compound tube sheets, and tube sheets for the existing problems of the original 500# re boiler. The low heat exchange capacity and corrosion problems of the original 500# re boiler were eliminated by using strong welding and expansion method, and new technologies in manufacture. |
