| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色潜法对2,4-二氨基甲酸乙酯甲苯进行了定量分析。方法选用YWG-苯键合相(10μm)为固定相,甲醇/水为流动相的反相色谱层析系统。本法的相对标准偏差小于1%,回收率为98—102%。

Determination of Diethyl Toluene-2,4-dicarbamate by High Speed Liquid Chromatography |

| Abstract: | This paper describes a method for the quantitative determination of diethyl toluene-2,4-dicarbamate by HSLC. Phenyl chemically bonded silica(YWG, 10μm) was adopted as the stationary phase, and methanol/water as the mobil phase of the reversed-phase chromatographic system. The relative standard deviation of the method is less than 1%, and the recovery is between 98% to 102%. |
