| 摘 要： | 从城镇化进程、建设社会主义新农村、生活方式发展和科技发展的需求,以及结合具体的实施性来思考库区移民点规划设计的发展趋势,尝试提出“一次规划,投资分开,分期建设”的建设思路,以期设计出符合实际需求、健康、可持续发展的库区移民点.

| Abstract: | The author discussed the development tendency of reservoir area settlement planning and design from the respects of urbanization speed,building a new socialist countryside,change of life style,development of sci ence and technology,implementing issues.A concept is put forward incorporating one plan,separate investment and construction by stages,aiming to design a healthy reservoir area settlement in conformity with actual require ments and with sustainable development. |
