| 摘 要： | 西方的社会福利制度是在工业化和城市化背景下经过反复抉择才确立的一项社会制度安排，具有显著的“民生政治”特征。西方的民生政治在长期的发展中形成了不同时期的民生政治范式，其中道德型、控制型、权利型、国家型、市场型、社会型尤具代表性。在分析这些民生政治范式的背景、含义和相互关系的基础上，梳理国外民生政治制度的类型并展望其未来走向。

| Abstract: | Social welfare system is one of social institutional arrangements after multiple selects under the background of industrialization and urbanization,which has the characteristics of“livelihood poli-tics”. The western livelihood politics forms divers types of paradigms in different periods after a long-term development,among which the moral-type,control-type,power-type,state-type,market-type and society-type are the representatives. Based on the understanding and grasping of the background, implication and relationship of these paradigms,we analyzed the types of contemporary livelihood poli-tics paradigms on both academy and practice in order to view its developing trend in the future. |
