双管板换热器和单管板换热器的比较

摘    要:从结构、用途、制造等方面比较了双管板换热器和单管板换热器。同单管板换热器相比,双管板换热器管程壳程间泄漏概率低得多;受力状况更好。从结构看,双管板换热器采用固定管板式结构,管束不能抽出清洗。实际使用表明,采用机械胀管法制造的双管板换热器,可以满足使用要求。

Abstract:Double tube plate and single tube plate heat exchangers have been compared in the light of structure, utilization and the manufacture. Compared to the single tube plate heat exchanger, leakage probability between the tube pass and shell pass of double tube plate heat exchanger is much lower and mechanics status is better. As for the structure, fixed tube plate is adopted in double tube plate heat exchanger and the tube bundle cannot be drawn out for cleaning. Practical application shows that utilization requirements can be met by adopting the double tube plate heat exchanger with mechanically expanded tube.
