人工合成水晶高压釜温度场研究

摘    要:用数学模型研究了高压釜内溶液的流动和温度场分布,用热电偶在生产现场测定了高压釜的外表面温度,分析了高压釜内流体的流动和温度分布对水晶生长过程的影响。结果表明,高压釜的温度分布是由下向上逐渐降低的,溶解区外部温度高于内部温度。热流方向由外向内,生长区内部温度高于外部温度,热流方向由内向外。整个高压釜的温度都偏低。

Abstract:We used the mathematical model of heat transfer and fluid flow to the processof heat transfer and fluid flow in a autoclave,The temperature distribution and velocity fieldin a autoclave have affected the growth rate and quality of the rock crystal. The inside tem-perature is higher than that of outside in the area of growth,thus the heat flux goes from in-side to outside. in the area of solution,the outside temperature is higher than that of in side,so the heat flux goes from inside tooutside.
