| 摘 要： | 我国房地产行业发展迅速,资金需求量大,而融资渠道却单一狭窄,由此而新生的房地产信托基金成为融资热点。文章回顾了2002年以来房地产信托基金(REITs)的发展,分析了目前我国信托产品的特点和发展模式,并提出法律环境的调整建议。
