| 摘 要： | 反腐倡廉机制是反腐倡廉建设的重要保证。要实现反腐倡廉建设的科学化，必须大力推进机制的科学化。文章提出应从教育、制度、监督、源头和惩处5个方面入手，通过对机制的建设、完善和落实，形成使党员干部不愿、不能、不想、不会和不敢腐败的反腐倡廉工作新局面。

| Abstract: | Mechanism of anti - corruption and be honest is an important guarantee of on construction of anti - corruption and be honest. To realize the scientification of construction of anti - corruption and be honest, we must vigorously promote scientifieation of mechanism. We presented that we should, in terms of education, system, supervision, source and punishment, construct, perfect and carry out the mechanism, to form a new situation of anti - corruption and be honest at which the Party member cadres are not willing, not able, not thinking of, and dare not to get corrupted. |
