| 摘 要： | 在硬质合金生产中,工艺过程的波动对产品质量产生重要的影响,传统的做法通常是在不合格后做出调整。统计过程控制(SPC)作为注重过程的表达手法,能够对异常情况进行警示,提前做出调整,防止不合格的发生,对产品质量控制和持续改进有积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The waving of technology process has an important effect on product quality in cemented carbide production.The tra-ditional method is usually not adjusting until disqualification come into bing.As a technique of concerning on process,statistical pro-cess control(SPC) can have warning to the abnormal states,adjust advance,preventing disqualification.It has an good effect on the control of produce quality and continued improving. |
