| Abstract: | Sampling for integrated capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) device,fabricated on planar glass substrates,and its influence on separation performance were investigated.In our proposed new model,the separation channel was 4 cm,and the theoretical plate could be 45 000 at an electric field of 100 V/cm. |
