基于LabVIEW的曲轴动平衡测试系统研究

摘    要:随着计算机技术的飞速发展,虚拟仪器在自动测试及自动化领域起着越来越重要的作用。本文的动平衡测试系统采用LabVIEW软件及USB2015数据采集卡,实现对曲轴振动信号的实时采集与动态性能分析。系统利用LabVIEW8.2平台编程,具有研制周期短,开发成本低,性能可靠,界面友好,功能易于扩展等优点。

Abstract:With the development of computer technology, Virtual Instrument(VI)is playing an important role in measurement and automation period.In this paper, a dynamic balance testing system which includes DAQ(USB2015), LabVIEW software is presented.It can gather vibration signal and analyze it.The software has been developed by LabVIEW, which offers the system a lot of merits, such as friendly user interface, lower development cost, short development period, and flexible functional extension, etc.
