水固化聚氨酯防水涂料的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种以水为固化剂的聚氨酯防水涂料,讨论了游离—NCO含量、气体吸收剂、填料和加水量等因素对涂膜力学性能的影响,研究了涂料在潮湿基层的粘结强度。结果显示,当游离—NCO含量在3.0%~4.5%、填料用量在10%~25%,加水量在20%~30%时,制备的水固化聚氨酯防水涂料的物理力学性能较优。

Abstract:This article introduces water cured polyurethane waterproofing coating,discusses effects of content of free-NCO,gas absorbent,filler and water on mechanical properties of coated membrane,and studies adhering strength on wet substrate.Results show that polyurethane coating with 3.0%~4.5% free-NCO,10%~25% filler and 20%~30% water has optimum physical and mechanical properties.
