沙坪煤矿采煤工艺方式的探讨

摘    要:沙坪煤矿根据煤层地质条件及煤层特征,对分层综采工艺、放顶煤工艺和一次采全高回采工艺的优缺点进行了全面分析,确定工作面采用一次采全高回采工艺,日产量达到了7684.84t,回采率达到了93.7%,经济效益显著,说明确定一次采全高的回采工艺是合理的。

Abstract:Based on the geological conditions and features of Shaping mine,the paper analyzes strengths and weaknesses of three mining modes: hierarchical fully-mechanized mining,top coal caving and whole-height mining.The whole-height mining technology was selected to be used in the working face and the daily output of 7684.84t and recovery rate of 93.7% were achieved.The mode proves to be reasonable due to its significant economic benefit.
