| Abstract: | Safeguarding the legal rights of workers is embodied in improving the labor protection of trade unions in coal enterprises,including: the implementation of labor protection principle: precaution crucial,prevention by masses,group and special combined,supervision according to law,the improvement of network system,the basis on activities,the intensification of publicity and the reinforcement of supervision. |
