某贫赤铁矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:本试验矿石属鞍山式贫赤铁矿,且含硫较高。分别采用正浮选、重选、弱磁-强磁-反浮选的试验方案进行了回收赤铁矿的试验研究,弱磁-强磁-反浮选工艺取得了较好的试验效果,获得了铁品位67.81%、含硫0.019%、回收率65.68%的铁精矿。

Abstract:This experimental ore belongs to Anshan-poor hematite,it contains higher sulfer.Ordinary flotation,Gravity separation,weak Magnetic-strong Magnetic-opposite flotation have been conducted respectively to recycle hematite of the ore,but only weak Magnetic-strong Magnetic-opposite flotation has obtained better experimental result.Iron concentrate with the grade of 67.81%,with sulfer grade of 0.019%,and the iron recovery of 65.68% has been achieved.
