从化工产品的特点及营销特性出发，探讨了化工产品开发策略，提出了一体化合作开发模式，包括“前向一体化合作开发模式”、“后向一体化合作开发模式”、“横向一体化合作开发模式”、“过程一体化开发模式”、“混合一体化合作开发模式”，论述了企业间合作的形式是战略联盟，企业内部有效的形式是并行工程方法，并对产品组合进行了探讨。

Probe into Chemical Product Development Strategy

This paper probes into chemical product development strategy in terms of features of chemical products and their marketing.The authors propose the integrated cooperative development models,which consist of the forward integrated cooperative development model,the backward integrated cooperative development model,the horizortal integrated cooperative development model,the process integrated cooperative development model,and the mixed integrated cooperative development model.The authors considers that the mode of cooperation among enterprises should be strategic alliance and effective management mode within an enterprise should be in concurrent engineering direction.Products combination also is discussed in this paper.
