| 摘 要： | 在中频感应炉上采用喷射冶金技术对铁水进行炉外脱磷脱硫预处理，喷入石灰基脱磷脱硫粉剂，可使铁水中磷、硫降到０．０３％以下，平均脱磷率为６０％，脱硫率为４０％。通过实验认为ＣａＯ４０％，ＣａＦ２１２％，转炉除尘铁磷为４８％的比例是石灰基脱磷脱硫粉剂的最佳组成。
