ANSYS软件在板式家具结构优化设计中的应用

摘    要:有限元在板式家具结构优化设计中具有重要意义。本文介绍有限元分析软件ANSYS优化设计的基本概念和步骤,以板式家具常见单元搁板为例,分析ANSYS结构优化设计的基本方法及主要步骤,结果表明ANSYS可以优化结构参数,减少材料消耗。

Abstract:Finite element analysis has important implications in the structure design optimization of the panel furniture.Basic concepts and procedure of design optimization using ANSYS(finite element analysis software) was introduced in this paper.Fundamental method and primary procedure used for structure design optimization in ANSYS was analyzed with a unit partition board design case,which is a common component in the panel furniture.The result indicated that optimizing structure parameters and reducing production cost could be achieved under the assistance of ANSYS software.
