室内环境下家具用中密度纤维板甲醛释放规律初探

摘    要:本文采用GB18584—2001《室内装饰装修材料木家具中有害物质限量》中规定的木家具中甲醛检测方法——干燥器法,研究了在室内环境下家具用中密度纤维板甲醛释放的规律,得出了在相同环境下,中密度纤维板素板甲醛释放量大于饰面后的中密度纤维板,饰面后的中密度纤维板需要更长的时间才能将板中所含甲醛释放到一个比较低的水平。通过研究甲醛释放量与时间的关系,为家具企业选用中密度纤维板提供参考,同时也为有效防控游离甲醛提供数据支撑。

Abstract:This research employed the desiccator method to determine medium density fiberboard(MDF) formaldehyde emission in the indoor environment,according to GB 18584 —2001 Indoor decorating and refurbishing of materials-limit of harmful substances of wood based furniture.Under the same testing conditions,while faced MDF showed lower formaldehyde emission,it required a longer decay period.This relationship between formaldehyde release and time could serve as an important reference for the furniture industry on how to utilize MDF and effectively reduce formaldehyde emission.
