空调系统形式对高层办公建筑基准能耗的影响

摘    要:公共建筑的能耗评估并没有对空调系统的具体形式做出详细的规定.本文介绍绿色建筑评估体系——LEED标准对公共建筑能耗评估中基准建筑空调系统形式的规定,并以北京地区某办公建筑为例,分析风系统形式、水系统形式和机组台数对基准建筑全年空调能耗的影响.研究结果表明,空调系统形式对办公建筑基准能耗影响较大,公共建筑能耗评估中规范空调系统形式是很有必要的.

Abstract:Public building's energy consumption assessment doesn't provide detailed regulations for air-conditioning system form. A green building assessment system (LEED) is introduced. LEED regulates the air-conditioning system form of benchmark building in public building's energy consumption assessment. The influences of air-side and water-side design of the air-conditioning system, as well as the number of air-conditioning units on the annual energy consumption of benchmark buildings are analyzed based on one high-rise of- fice building in Beijing. The research results show that the air-conditioning system form has significant influence on energy consumption of benchmark office building. It is impor- tant to regulate the air-conditioning system form in energy consumption assessment of public buildings.
