氨冷库火灾事故分析及预防措施

摘    要:首先介绍氨的性质,然后对氨制冷系统冷库和冷链产品加工车间发生火灾的可能性进行分析,认为冷库的保温材料即库板的可燃性可能是导致冷库恶性火灾的主要原因之一.如果安装氨制冷系统的冷库由于火灾发生后库内温度迅速升高,导致冷风机等部件爆裂,又形成氨泄漏和燃烧等次生灾害,后果将会非常严重.这里提出几项措施以避免冷库火灾的发生或减轻灾害的程度.

Abstract:The ammonia characteristics are introduced and the possibility of fire acci- dent in cold storage and cold chain products processing workshops using ammonia refrige- ration system is analyzed. It is considered that the flammable insulation material used in cold storage is the one of the major reasons of fire accident. If a fire accident happens in cold storage using ammonia refrigeration system, the room temperature will rise rapidly, which can result in a blowout of air coolers and possible secondary disasters such as ammonia leakage and combustion. It may cause more serious consequences. A number of measures are pro- posed to prevent the fire in cold storage and decrease the level of the disaster.
