河北省防洪规划与防洪体系建设研究

1998年长江、松花江、嫩江发生流域性大洪水后,国家统一部署编制全国各大江河的防洪规划工作.河北省大部分国土面积位于海滦河流域内,我院承担了大部分河系规划任务并组织完成了全省规划.在规划成果指导下,近年来实施了大量河道治理与堤防建设、大中型水库除险加固、蓄滞洪区安全建设、海堤建设以及防洪指挥系统建设等.到2010年,河北省各大水系将全面恢复和提高防洪能力,为经济建设和生活安定起到保驾护航的作用.

Study on the Flood-Control Planning and Flood-Control System Construction of Hebei Province

After the flood of Yangtze River and Songhuajiang River and Nenjiang River basin in 1998, flood-control planning had been carried out for the big rivers in national range by the arrangements of state. Hebei province is mainly situated in Hai and Luan River basins. We took most planning tasks of water systems and the provincial planning in hand. Under the product of planning, many river renovating and dike construction engineering and reinforcing engineering of large or middle scale reservoir and security construction engineering of flood detention areas and sea wall dike construction engineering and chain system of command. Up to the year 2010, the flood-control capacity of all the water systems in Hebei province will be resumed and improved. It will be the foundations of economic construction and society stability.
