| 摘 要： | 南盘江为珠江流域发源的主干流,南盘江上游水情自动测报系统软件是根据国家防总关于水库洪水调度系统软件开发的要求所开发的一套具有实用、先进、可扩展、自动化程度高等优点的洪水预报调度软件,实现了实时监控、洪水预报、洪水调度、备份数据库和查阅流域基本信息等功能,不但满足了防汛管理和水库调度的需要,而且还可为流域管理提供服务。

| Abstract: | Nanpanjiang River is the main stem of the Zhujiang River, the hydrological information auto measure and forecast software on the upper Nanpanjiang River is a practical, advanced, extendable and highly automatic software system for flood forecasting and control which has been developed on the basis of the National Food Prevention Bureau's requirement. This system can be used for real time monitoring, flood forecasting, backupiiig databases and inquiring of the basin information. Not only dues it meet the needs of flood proof management and reservoir operation, it also can provide services for valley management. |
