摘    要:针对欢喜岭油田低渗区块油藏埋藏较深、液面深、供液能力差、高含蜡和泵效低的实际,系统地完善了有杆泵采油举升工艺.通过实施见到了显著效果,有效地改善了有杆泵采油井举升工艺状况,减少了断、卡、脱事故的发生,降低了生产能耗,提高了抽油机系统的运行和生产效率,增加了油井产量,进而提高了区块的整体开发水平.

Abstract:The low permeability reservoir in Huanxiling Oilfield is deeply buried, the fluid level is deep, liquid deliverablhty is poor, wax content is high and pump efficiency is low. In accordance with these problems, sucker rod pump lilting process has been improved systematically. Hence the lifting process of sucker rod recovery wells has been improved; the accidents such as breaking, sticking and dropping are diminished; energy consumption is reduced; the performance of pumping unit is improved; oil production is increased, and the integral development effect of the whole block is improved.
