| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校普遍存在的学生素质教育和创新能力培养的难题,围绕工程训练内容、教学方法和实践平台等方面进行改革,提出了体现学校信息和经管办学特色的多层次创新型工程训练方案,构建了六个工程训练大平台,形成了各种组合下的实践教学模块。同时,采取启发式、因材施教、导师制、创新型学习方式、“学生主体,教师引导“模式等一系列措施,积极推进创新训练教学方法的实施。通过上述的改革和措施,大大提高了我校工科类学生的工程意识和创新能力。
