火药水分在线检测技术研究

摘    要:本文在分析目前火药水分常用检测方法优缺点的基础上,采用电容式水分传感器和电桥电路相结合的方法较好的解决了火药水分在线检测问题。通过所设计的火药水分在线检测系统进行了初步实验验证。实验结果表明电容式水分传感器和电桥电路相结合的检测方法对火药水分含量具有较好的分辨率,能够满足火药水分在线检测技术的实用要求。

Abstract:According to the result of analyzing merits and demerits of the present general test methods for the power, this paper adopted the means which combined capacitor water sensor and electric bridge to completely solve the problem of the power water on-line testing. Moreover, this method is primary justified by the system of the power water on-line testing that we have designed. The experimental result shows that the testing method of combined capacitor water sensor and electric bridge can distinguish water content from the power, it also can satisfy actual requirements of the power water on-line testing technology.
