基于模糊满意度的水火电力系统多目标短期优化调度

摘    要:针对水火电力系统短期经济环境负荷调度多目标优化问题,构建了一种基于粒子群算法的交互式模糊满意度决策方法。通过定义每个目标函数的隶属度函数,把多目标问题模糊化;决策者依据自己的主观意愿来设定每个目标的参考隶属度值;利用参考隶属度值与目标隶属度值之差的绝对值最大最小化的方法,将多目标问题转换为单目标问题;采用粒子群算法求解此单目标优化问题。在决策过程中,决策者对当前解不满意,可应用交互式的方法再次设定参考隶属度值,重新进行求解,直到找到决策者满意的方案为止。算例计算验证了交互式模糊满意度决策方法的有效性和可行性,不仅避免了多目标问题向单目标问题转换过程中目标权重选取的人为任意性,而且能充分体现决策者的主观意愿,便于实际应用操作。

Abstract:An interactive fuzzy satisfying method is presented based on particle swarm optimization algorithm aiming to multi-objective short-term economic environmental active power load dispatching for hydrothermal power systems.Multi-objective optimal problem is fuzzed through defining each objective membership function.Decision maker can set a reference membership degree value for each objective,namely objective satisfying degree.Then multi-objective optimal problem can be transformed into a single objective optimal problem by means of minimizing the maximum absolute difference between reference membership degree value and objective membership degree value.The single objective nonlinear problem is solved using particle swarm optimization algorithm.Decision maker can update the reference membership degree value to run the computational program again during the decision-making.The simulation results show that the proposal approach is effective and feasible,and not only avoids subjective randomicity of confirming objective weight but also reflects decision maker desirability.
