基于遥感与GIS一体化的面向海事应用卫星遥感业务化系统研究

摘    要:我国海事部门已经开始利用卫星遥感技术监测溢油和海冰,并且由事故性监视逐渐转变为常规监视。本文分析了海事应用的特点和业务流程,设计了基于遥感与GIS一体化集成开发思想构建面向海事应用的遥感业务化系统,以保证海事部门在监视任务中的应急响应和决策支持的效率。利用IDL语言和ENVI提供的部分函数,结合C#开发语言,在.NET环境下集成ArcGIS Engine10.1的部分控件,这套开发方案可以保证该系统开发的稳健性和高效性。

Abstract:The maritime sector of China has begun the monitoring of oil spilling and sea ice by using remote sensing technology,and it gradually turns from the accidental monitoring to routine monitoring.This paper analyzed the characteristics and business processes of the maritime application,and designed a remote sensing business system based on the integration of the RS and GIS technology,which can enhance the efficiency of emergency response and decision making in monitoring.By using IDL language,part of ENVI functions,and C# development language,and by integrating part of ArcGIS Engine 10.1 in.NET environment,this developed system is robust and efficient.
