| Abstract: | Based on computer aided simulation, this paper introduces the main process parame ters which determine the quality of injection parts as well as the defects prediction method. This paper also analyzes an injection molding case with quality defects, and points out the method to solve the problem by mean of mold structure improvement and process parameter reconfiguration. |
