铝锆碳浸入式水口异常堵塞原因分析

摘    要:对钢液微合金化钛处理后引起堵塞的铝锆碳质浸入式水口进行分析,结果表明:堵塞物质为铝酸钙和钙钛矿。铝酸钙有变质体中的析出相,也有水口内壁处的原位反应产物,还有钢液中内生夹杂物。中包渣渗有钛处理和铝处理后的残留物,改变了原有属性,导致水口边滞留,为新生高熔点物质铝酸钙提供了物质来源,新生和内生铝酸钙及钙钛矿共同引起水口结瘤导致堵塞。

Abstract:Analysis was made on the cause to clogging of alumina zirconia carbon submerged nozzle after processing the steel with micro-alloy titanium. Results show that the clogging materials in the nozzle are determined to be the calcium aluminate and perovskite. The calcium aluminate comes from the crystal of deterioration phase and in-situ reaction compounds near the in-wall of the SEN, and endogenous inclusions in molten steel. The attribute of tundish slag is modified since the titanium processing and alumina processing residues permeated into the slag leading to the detaining of the slag residues near the SEN. It also provides material source for new born high melting-point calcium aluminate. The fresh and endogenous calcium aluminate and perovskite result in the blocking and clogging in the SEN jointly.
