炼焦煤基氏流动度指标与其结焦性能的关系

摘    要:基氏流动度是近年来国际上比较普遍的一种炼焦煤煤质的分析手段,该方法能够表征不同种类炼焦煤的结焦性能的差异。主要通过该方法对几种炼焦煤进行分析,并结合实验室结焦试验,得出基氏流动度指标中的最大流动度与塑性区间与炼焦煤结焦性能的关系。

Abstract:Gieseler fluidity is universally used across the world as a measure for analysis on the properties of the coking coal.The difference of coking properties of various types of coking coal can be identified by this method effectively.By analysis on several types of coking coal using this method in connection with the coking experiments in the laboratory the relationship between maximum fluidity in the Gieseler fluidity index and the plastic zone as well as coking properties of the coking coal can be derived.
