重轨钢全氧和全铝含量的控制

摘    要:针对重轨钢采用无铝脱氧工艺的特点,选择最佳无铝脱氧剂。通过优化冶炼工艺,使冶炼过程钢中氧和铝含量得到有效控制;钢轨中全氧和全铝质量分数分别降到20×10-6、40×10-6以下,完全满足高速铁路用轨标准对氧和铝的要求。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of aluminum-free deoxidization process for heavy-rail steel optimal deoxidant has been selected. By optimization of steelmaking technology, the content of O] and Al] has been under control effectively. The total oxygen and aluminum in the steel are decreased by less than 20×10^-6 and 40×10^-6 respectively, which fully satisfies the standard technical requirements of heavy-rail steel.
