降低烧结工序能耗的生产实践

介绍武钢炼铁总厂烧结分厂通过厚料层烧结,合理控制工艺参数及采取其他技术措施,降低烧结工序能耗的实践。结果表明,采取措施后,烧结分厂的总工序能耗(以标准煤计)由2007年的61.09kg/t降低到2008年的59.64 kg/t,取得较大的突破,达到国内大型烧结机能耗指标优秀水平。

Production practice in reduction of energy consumption in the sintering process

The present paper introduces the practice in reduction of the energy consumption in the sintering process by means of thick bed sintering,control of the operating parameters appropriately and other technological measures adopted.Results show that greater break through in energy saving has been achieved since adoption of the above-mentioned measures,and the total process energy consumption（in standard coal in total） in the Sintering Branch has been lowered from 61.09 kg/t in 2007 to 59.64 kg/t in 2008 and thus the energy consumption index arrives at the excellent level of the domestic large-scale sintering machine.
