摘    要:为解决城市轻轨PC梁铸钢支座的静力和疲劳强度分析 ,采用有限元方法建立了支座的三维有限元模型 ,通过分析计算得到接触应力、综合应力和疲劳分析计算结果 ,并以静力和疲劳试验来验证理论分析结果 ,实验研究表明 ,有限元分析结果和试验结果吻合良好 ,该支座具有足够的强度 ,保证了分析结果的可靠性

Abstract:An experimental study on the bearing of prestressed concrete beam for the light railway is carried out in the paper.The bearing is made of cast steel.The FEM method is used for studying static and fatigue strength analysis of the bearing of PC beams for light railway.A 3?D finite element is applied to model the bearing.The contact stress,Von Mises stress,and fatigue life of the bearing are computed.Static and fatigue tests are performed.The comparing results are shown that the computing results are well agreed with that of the test one.It is shown that the cast steel bearing has sufficient strength.
