| 摘 要： | 分析了汽车仪表板按钮装饰盖的结构特点,针对该产品结构设计了双斜抽机构。利用斜推杆完成卡扣脱模及斜抽芯动作,保证了产品的表面质量,降低了产品的成本。

| Abstract: | The structural processability of the press button decorative cap on an automotive header board was analyzed. A double angled core-pulling mechanism was developed and with the angled ejector pin, the stripping of buckle and the act of angled core-pulling were implemented. |
