顶循油补柴油技术在催化裂化装置的应用

摘    要:阐述了中国石化股份有限公司洛阳分公司炼油第Ⅱ套催化裂化装置催化分馏塔顶循油补柴油技术的应用情况,结果表明:使用该技术后,催化柴汽比提高了0.3,降低了汽油硫含量,同时为下游的催柴加氢、催化重整、化纤系统装置拓宽了原料来源,每年可增效900×10~4RMB。

Abstract:The paper introduces the application of top cycle oil supply diesel oil technology on the No. 2 FCCU of refinery of SINOPEC Luoyang Branch. It was observed that the ratio of diesel to gasoline has increased by 0.3, the sulfur content in gasoline has reduced. At the same time , the feedstock source is widened, resulting in increasing economical benefit of 900 x K/RMBo
