摘    要:针对重油催化裂化装置近年来在不断提高炼量的生产运行中暴露出的问题,通过采用分馏顶循系统流程优化、催化剂再生方式完全再生改为常规再生、分馏塔开孔率调整、增上新气压机等技术改造,使装置处理量由生产初期的1.1Mt/a提高到现在的1.5Mt/a,实施后取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems in the RFCCU unit, technical innovation measures have been taken such as optimizing the flow scheme of the top-circulation system of the fractionator, converting complete catalyst regeneration into conventional catalyst regeneration, adjusting the open-cell rate of the fractionator, adding a new gas compressor. The processing capacity has increased to 1500kt/a from 1100kt/a, obvious economic benefit has been obtained.
