摘    要:利用改变高钒高速钢淬火加热温度和回火温度获得不同残余奥氏体量,研究了残余奥氏体量对硬度、冲击韧性和磨粒磨损性能的影响。结果表明:淬火加热温度升高,残余奥氏体量增加;回火温度升高,残余奥氏体量减少。随残余奥氏体量增加,硬度呈二次曲线状先升高后降低,冲击韧性近似直线升高,磨损量呈二次曲线状先下降后升高。残余奥氏体量为20%~40%(vol%)时,高钒高速钢的硬度高,冲击韧性适中,磨粒磨损耐磨性最好。

Abstract:Different content of retained austenite in high vanad ium high speed steel were obtained by varying heat treatment conditions. The eff ects of retained austenite content on hardness, impact toughness and wear resist ance of the high vanadium high speed steel were studied. Results show that retai ned austenite content increases as either quenching temperature increases at any given annealing temperature or as annealing temperature decreases at any given quenching temperature. The hardness increases as retained austenite increases up to about 30 vol%,and then decreases as the retained austenite content furthe r increases,whereas the wear loss varies just opposite, and in all cases,the impact toughness increases linearly with increasing of retained austenite conten t. Over the experimental range,the high vanadium high speed steel containing 20 -40 vol% retained austenite offers a unique combination of high hardness and excellent wear resistance with good impact toughness.
