| 摘 要： | 文章分析了蒸馏装置加工高酸原油所带来的腐蚀问题,介绍了环烷酸的腐蚀机理,探讨了炼制加工高酸原油时在控制腐蚀方面所采取的加注高温防蚀荆和氢通量监测等措施的可行性。实践证明,效果明显。

| Abstract: | The corrosion of crude distillation unit in processing high TAN crudes and corrosion mechanisms of naphthenic acid are analyzed. The flexibility of addition of high-temperature corrosion inhibitor and application of hydrogen flux monitoring, etc in the corrosion control is studied. The application shows very good results. |
