STAR-CD计算机模拟系统SNCR脱硝技术的研究

摘    要:SNCR脱硝处理工艺具有投资少、建设周期短、运行稳定、管理简单、占地少等特点,是目前中小工业炉窑烟气脱硝的主要技术之一,该技术在工程应用中的关键在于反应温度窗的定位。文章介绍了STAR-CD计算机模拟系统在该脱硝处理工艺中的应用,给出了工程应用实例的结果,该系统在采用SNCR脱硝工艺领域有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Due to its characteristics of cheaper investment, shorter construction period, stabilized operation, easy to manage and smaller total area, SNCR has currently become one of the maior technologies for both small and medium scale industrial kilns in NOx emission control. The determination of working temperature window is the key for SNCR in engineering application. The present paper introduces the application of STAR--CD computer simulation system for SNCR deNOx technique, and an example of engineering practices is also given, showing the computer simulation system has a vast application perspective for SNCR deNOx in the future.
