工业锅炉能效测试的炉渣和飞灰含碳量测定方法

摘    要:飞灰和炉渣含碳量化验主要包括元素分析法、灼烧减量法、工业分析法和灼烧减量校正法。这些化验方法的精确程度不同,因此针对不同的工业锅炉能效测试目的,应采用不同的化验方法。本文通过实例分析表明,元素分析法和灼烧减量校正法精确度最高,其次工业分析法,灼烧减量法精确度最差。

Analysis Methods on Total Carbon Content of Bottom Ash and Fly Ash for Industrial Boiler Energy Efficiency Test

Abstract:Flying ash and bottom ash shall be analyzed for total carbon content including elemental analy- sis, loss on ignition, proximate analysis and loss on ignition correction method. Because degree of accur- aney of these test methods is different, different analysis methods should be used, aim at the test of differ- ent induslrial boiler. In this paper, analysis indicates that elemental analysis and loss on ignition correc- tion are the most accurate method, followed by loss on ignition, and the accuracy of proximate analysis which is the lowest.
