摘    要:对线材测径仪小车发生堆钢故障进行了分析,找出了小车强度和刚度不足、定位精度不高和测径仪自身动平衡不良是造成故障频发的主要原因,提出了将小车由一体式改进为2台小车、改进小车定位机构、增设小车锁紧机构等措施。措施实施后,解决了双模块轧机后测径仪入、出口导管处频繁堆钢问题。

Abstract:The fault of steel stoppage occurred during measurement by the caliper gauge car for wire rods is analyzed. It is found that frequent faults are mainly caused by low strength and stiffness of the car, low accuracy of positioning and bad dynamic balancing of the caliper gauge. So such countermeasures as upgrading the car by changing the integrated car into two-piece car, improving its positioning mechanism and installing the locking mechanism to the car are proposed. After these measures are taken, the problem of frequent steel stoppage faults occurred at the inlet and outlet for the caliper gauge located behind twin module block (TMB) finishing mill is solved.
