| 摘 要： | 随着我国城镇化水平的提高，西部小城市的发展显得极为重要。本文深入分析大荔城市，基于城市设计视野，总结出一套提升城市街区品质的组织模式，为大荔乃至整个西北小城市的可持续发展探索出一条适宜性的技术道路。

In this paper, in-depth analyzed Dali city, and based on urban design vision, summed up a organizational model to improve the quality of city block, and explore a technical sui-tability way for sustainable development in Dali city even the whole northwest smal cities. |
