| 摘 要： | 为了解决化工生产过程输送含有颗粒、易聚合、易沉积介质的离心泵的机械密封易于损坏的问题。以一台实际运行的离心泵为研究对象,通过改进机械密封结构、改变密封室结构、改变机械密封的冲洗方式,强化现场监控管理及细化操作等多项措施对该泵的密封进行改进,最终达到延长此类泵机械密封的使用寿命的效果。
